The experience was very very good, will choose the place for future trips. I loved that it was exceptionally clean and straightforward, the staff were competent and rooms were soundproof. Location of hotel was good and the shuttle to the venue was a big plus. Furthermore, the area was very very nice. I ate at a pleasant restaurant with delicious food. I had central heating, a work desk and multi-channel television, nice bed. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

The suite at this place had a very comfortable bed and included useful amenities like a refrigerator, climate control, and an individual safe.

I got a really nice and new room all to myself, which had a cool smart TV. The kids had a blast, for example. 😄 The breakfast had a delicious variety of food with an amazing view, and everything they served was simply fantastic.

The bed was extremely comfortable and large, the room was large and bright, modern, everything was new, clean, the bathroom was excellent, no noises were heard at night. The lobby bar is very cosy, the computer corner is also well equipped, even with the printer. At the reception there are fresh apples and amniotic fluid variations. The staff is very friendly! Thank you. But the breakfast could be better: for example there were no eggs at all. Bread rolls, croissants and pastries were delicious and fresh.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a city trip. Bus stop and metro are in the immediate vicinity. . Breakfast was good. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful.

The hotel's getting a little old. The bed in our room (710) was an imposition (lying through and creaking noises with every movement). The shower in the bathroom was very unclean. Mildew spots in every corner.

We would like to stay there on the next trip. The hotel is stylish and bright, with good-sized rooms. The staff is accommodating and the breakfast is savory. The location is incredible, not far from the city center, around 200m from the metro station, close to big and Rossio square.
